Refund & Return Policy

We hope that you will be happy and satisfied with any medicine purchased from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied, check out our returned policy below.

We always advise our customers to notify us of items you are not completely happy with from the date you received or collected your complete order. We must receive your return request within 14 days of your notifications to us of your intention to return the medications. Orders cancelled under these regulations are only entitled to a refund.

You must keep this in mind that items you are returning should be in the original condition, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return any item if it is not sealed for any health or hygiene reasons.


Your refund will be processed once we receive your return times. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.

We will refund any standard postage paid on orders returned in full. We will not refund postage on return of part orders.

Refund Exclusions

Unfortunately, you can not return any item with a broken seal. You have the rights to reasonably inspect your items at the time of the arrival, but you can not return the items which have been used unless the medicine is expired.
