Delivery Information

Most of our products are available for next-day delivery. All medicines are sent in discreet packaging. We will contact you by email to let you know when to expect your parcel and give you the option of changing your delivery instructions.

Before choosing an alternative delivery method, please make sure that your medicine would not fall in the wrong hands. It is your responsibility to make sure that your medicines reach you if someone else is taking delivery of the medicines.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is the number of business days necessary for a shipment to be delivered.

We make all efforts to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. Unless there are extreme conditions, we try our best to deliver your medicines within 2-4 working days in the UK and 4-7 working days in the EU. Working/business days means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Some useful advice

• If you are moving out, it is important not to schedule the collection one day before your departure.
• Make sure that your pick-up location is easily accessible with a defined landmark location.
• If your delivery did not happen on the chosen day, check your tracking status to see if there is an update regarding any issue that might have occurred. In this case, please contact us.
• Delays in the delivery of the shipment could occur due to external factors such as weather or traffic conditions. If you are experiencing a delay in your delivery, please contact us.

Delivery Cost

Delivery cost for your medicines depends on the weight, location, and delivery method. To find how much it will cost, add your medicines into the cart and proceed to check out page. If you are in a remote location, an additional shipping charge may be applied accordingly.
